This just got real - I present to you: Ass Savers Fendor Bendor!
I've known Staffan from Ass-Savers from the very beginning. We introduced conceptually pretty similar products in the same year (2011). We both come from an industrial design engineering background and both just started producing a product by ourselves that year. So, we had a lot to talk about, and that we were competitors was not a reason to not talk and share experience. On the contrary.
We've been in good contact ever since, and have had many talks about doing a collab some day. We're both very happy that this collab has finally happened! Ass Savers will produce, sell and distribute the Fendor-Bendor from now on. And as you can see, they've already added some smart features like diminishing packing material by printing the instructions on the back side. And... they could lower the price a bit.
I'm truly happy that they are the ones who will carry on with it, for I know it's in very good hands and it's a company with similar business ethics and values as mine. I myself will now focus again on designing more bicycles, with the peaceful knowledge that many more cyclists will keep their backsides dry in the coming future.
