‘Nourish: A Gathering For The Heart, Body & Spirit’ and included heart,-opening music 🎶 uplifting visioning for 2026 🔮and somatic regulation practices 🫂 that nurture authentic connection and embodied presence.

🙏Deep gratitude to .nicholson.smith & .bon.miller for the opportunity to host the event at the gorgeous Vichara sanctuary, 🌲 to for your amazing musical gifts and support 🎵 and to everyone who joined us at the event: some of whom I’ve known since high school! 🤩

It was an honor to offer a workshop called ‘What Your Soul Came Here To Do’, which included a channeled meditation, and interactive connection and co-regulation exercises. 
 
I am passionate about creating relational spaces that hold a mirror 🪞 for our deepest truths to emerge...as each of us aligns with the next evolution of how we choose to lead, serve, connect in community, and share our gifts in the world. 🌎

Dear friends and community🌷

I’m sending blessings and much love from Envision Festival and the beautiful jungles of Southern Costa Rica... 🌿☀️

It was an honor to host a workshop: ‘What Your Soul Came Here To Do’ at the ‘El Nido’ camp here at Envision yesterday.🙌🏼🤍

With all of the ongoing inner and outer alchemy happening in our global collective at these times, it feels more important than ever to come together in spaces that cultivate authentic, heartful, vulnerable, nourishing, in-person connection. 🫂

I am passionate about creating relational spaces that hold a mirror 🪞 for our deepest truths to emerge...as each of us aligns with what our souls truly came here to do. 🌎

📖 I have been profoundly impacted by reading the recent articles that have come to light about the shadow side of the spirituality and wellness industry, and the ‘social media influencer-as-authority model’.

✨However, I’m also aware that there are genuinely beneficial wisdom streams, tools, and practices that have come through these ‘centralized leadership models’…

📿Instead of critiquing from the outside, I am devoted to showing up with reverence, care and deep listening to what the field is asking from me — with a prayer that Spirit guide the highest unfolding possible. 🙏

May each of us continue to honor the embodied Guidance that leads us toward our fullest soul expression, in service to all of life. 🪷

I felt inspired to share a little update from my recent 2 1/2 week Dubai & Abu Dhabi adventure. 🏜️

I had been feeling the call to visit the UAE for a few years, and everything aligned for a visit in November. ✨

It kind of felt like a different planet-🪐 especially Dubai!

🌟Some of the highlights of my trip were:

🌹Connecting with the lovely and amazing group of international women entrepreneurs and changemakers that has woven together in Abu Dhabi.

🪷Going to a event at the in Dubai and connecting with inspiring women such as FFN founder , of @ Allium and Pamela of

✨Discovering the ‘conscious vortexes’ 🧘🏽‍♀️ which often combined a Yoga Studio or Healing Center, healthy cafe and magical gift shop: such as .mai &

✨Hosting a sunset beach Cacao Ceremony ☕️ with & at Abu Dhabi’s first ‘Wellness Island’!🌅

✨Meeting with lots of expansive-thinkers... I met .travel (a sacred-site tour guide), AI Futurist .zen.be , international entrepreneurs, angel investors, and people doing very interesting things globally... 🌎

✨On my next visit later this year, I’m looking forward to discovering more ways to connect with the nature of UAE, such as going out boating to see the mangroves and flamingos! 🦩🌳
