When it’s warm outside, your body needs more than just water. This simple bone broth drink is salty, refreshing and full of natural minerals.

Ingredients:

1 cup cold BABS Bone Broth
½ cup cold water
A squeeze of lemon or lime
A small pinch of sea salt
Optional: fresh mint, cucumber slices or a few ice cubes

How to make it:

Mix everything in a glass or bottle. Stir well and drink cold.

It’s perfect after a sweaty walk, workout, sauna or a long day in the sun — nourishing, light and easy to prepare.

Creamy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 jar BABS Wild Bone Broth
* 500 g pumpkin, peeled and cubed
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, chopped
* 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
* 100 ml coconut milk or cream
* ½ tsp turmeric
* ½ tsp smoked paprika
* Salt & black pepper
* Optional: pumpkin seeds, fresh parsley, chili flakes

Method

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a pot.
2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
3. Add pumpkin cubes, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Pour in BABS Wild Bone Broth.
5. Simmer for 20–25 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Stir in coconut milk or cream.
8. Serve warm with pumpkin seeds and herbs on top
