One of my most abused breakfast for the past 3 years.

Simplicity is the key when it comes to nutrition. Natural Earth given foods should always be your choice.

-Eggs are the easiest protein source there is. One egg consists of 6/7g of protein depending on the size. They are prepared easily and fast so its a great choice if you're short on time.

-Mushrooms... rich with protein and antioxidants, its basically a vitamin bomb, necessary for boosting your immune system, should be your choice every morning!! Low on calories so feel free to eat them in volume to fill up that chocolate stomach.

-Tomatoes, vitamin bomb but I mainly take them for clearer skin and also it's a great (fruit/veggie so nobody corrects me hehe) to kill that need of hunger and cravings. Consumed in volume it fills you up nicely so if you're trying to lose that fat, use cherry tomatoes as snacks.

-Avocado. Two words followed by a bit of more words. HEALTHY FATS.

This combination of food first thing in the morning will get you going. Choose health!! Always!

A quick leg workout for me today. Try it 🤛.

1. Calves on leg press machine 7x15
(drop sets every set)

2. Leg press V stance 5x15

3. Single leg leg press 5x20 each leg

4. Leg extensions 4x15

5. Seated hamstring curls 3x12

6. RDL 4x12

Wish I had triceps to begin with but that's alright we working 💪

Increasing the weight or reps on each exercise every new session is the way to go.The goal is to achieve failure each week with either more weight or with more reps.

If you do the same thing over and over again then you will never improve .
