🚨 ISF is updating the rules — get ready for version v5.0!
In 2025, the International Streetlifting Federation is preparing a major update of its official rules. Version 5.0 introduces a clear document structure: each section focuses strictly on its topic — from disciplines and categories to equipment and judging. 📚
🔸 Cross-references have been added instead of repeated text.
🔸 Technique descriptions are now simplified — clear and concise.
🔸 Standardized terminology makes the rules easier to understand for athletes, referees, and organizers.
🔸 Principles of Fair Play, anti-doping (WADA), and Safe Sport are incorporated.
🔸 Supports all formats: classic, multilift, and weighted calisthenics — both individual exercises and combined events.
📌 The working group is accepting proposals until August 1, 2025 — now is the time to influence the future of the sport!
