💫 I'm still buzzing from our Moonlight Retreat 2023 last week...
🌝 2 days and 2 nights of pure bliss under the full moon in a stunning luxury country wellness location in the middle of The Netherlands.
Some of my favourite highlights:
✨️ Early morning yoga on the deck next to the natural pool.
✨️ A cold water dip (well done ladies, so proud of you!) followed by a cozy sauna session.
✨️ A beautiful group coaching session with raw, real and honest stories where we lovingly held space supporting each other.
✨️ A magical cacao ceremony by candle light.
✨️ Chatter, tears and laughter over tea and wine.
✨️ Scrumptious breakfasts, lunch and dinners.
🙏 Thank you to all the wonderful and courageous power women who came along on this exciting and fun journey of self-discovery.
💖 A big hug to my wonderful yoga partner Janita from The Yogallama for all the love and wisdom you brought to this retreat and to the amazing Sally from Sally's Kitchen for working your culinary magic.

Vision + Action => Goal 🥳
It feels great, right, to reach your goals? But which part of it actually feels great?
🧐 Before setting a goal, always ask yourself WHY you want to achieve that goal.
The achieving itself is not the real goal...it's what you will BE / DO / HAVE and how you will FEEL once you accomplish the set out goal. 💖
🧭 If you're not clear on the WHY, you're much more likely to give up. After all, how can you motivate yourself if you don't see the point?
I love it when I can help my clients create an actionable plan that actually works for them, that excites them and that allows them to reach success. And I love being their biggest cheerleader 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
