Solid advice 🤙

17 years ago I was introduced to kitesurfing here in Lefkada, Greece. It changed my life. Since that first time I hooked in and launched a kite I've been fully addicted.
This sport has taken me to many beautiful places and ive met many beautiful people, all of us with a collective love of the wind and nature.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of introducing another beautiful soul into this sport on the very same beach where I was introduced.
I love it when a circle is completed.

As the captain of all kitesurfing instructors, you know how to direct “all hands on deck.” You are the glue to our school, navigating between high times of enthusiasm and low, challenging times. Someone that is enthusiastic about receiving, welcoming and checking in students.

As a communication rock star, you answer the phone and emails and are the fearless voice who knows how to answer the wildest questions with a smile. With your planning skills, you can pull the rosters as tight as your own lines in the air. You are both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the instructors and students on the Sand Motor shine! We are searching for a Dutch speaker to fill this position.

Details:
Full timer: 38 hours a week, 4 days working 3 days off.
+/- €3000 per month excluding commissions
Season runs until October 31st
