Traded the forest in for a classroom last Saturday. šæā”ļøš
The past two months Iāve had the honor of assisting at the .brume_the.icci in The Hague for the Phase 2 ā Coaching Practitioner program. Having followed this coaching education myself, it feels meaningful to now support and observe students as they develop their coaching skills and confidence.
Stepping into the role of helping other coaches grow is inspiring, enriching⦠and it gives me energy. āØ
What roles do you have that give you energy or are you still exploring the possibilities?

Itās already the second week of the new year and so I thought itās a good time to check in with some outdoor inspiration.
Youāre standing on the top of a mountain, looking out into the valley below. That valley respresents 2026.
As you take it in, what does it represent for you?
What matters most for you this year?
Where do you want your energy, time and attention to be spent?
The path ahead doesnāt need to be perfectly mapped out but your priorities can be clear. By setting your priorties you can decide what your first steps are going to be and how you will follow your own path through 2026.
We explored a similar visualization in my last intervision with the .brume_the.icci and it was an insightful way to gain perspective into looking forward.
The valley ahead is calling! What are you choosing to prioritise as you walk further into 2026?

My first walk of the year was along this piece of paradise with my most challenging coaching client, myself and I enjoyed every minute! Taking in the sun, sand and sea while doing some self reflection and feeling thankful.
Iām not really one for New Yearās resolutions since they donāt tend to stick very long. But prefer to look at the new year as a chance of shedding what doesnāt serve me anymore and re-prioritising. The first few weeks of January will be spent on more self reflection and where I want my energy to go in 2026.
What about you? How are you going into the new year?

Hi! Iām Tiffany Fluent, a life coach offering outdoor walking sessions in nature ā both in Dutch and English.
For the past few months, Iāve taken a step back from social media, but I havenāt been standing still. Quite the opposite.
⨠I supported a business owner in finding more balance and reconnecting with the heart of her work
⨠I completed a burnout reset & stress management course to deepen my tools and support through
⨠And⦠my brand new website is going live soon! š
Iāve also realized Iāve never properly introduced myself here ā so consider this the start. If youāre curious about walking coaching, want to explore your next step, or just need space to breathe and reflect, Iād love to walk with you. And if you live abroad, I can still support you through online coaching sessions.
Letās connect, outdoors š³
