In whatever relationship you are, whether romantic or friendship, you always bring yourself. Observe the red flags.

You need to have a loving relatiionship with yourself. You cannot give what you do not have.

It is all about you. Take personal resonsibility, and take back your power.

You are perfect in your imperfection. Your spirit is perfect and your human side is imperfect.

You don’t need to learn new things, you need to let go of people that do not serve you and stagnate your process.

Whatever your desire, it seems impossible until it is done. Go to the end feeling of your intention.

Do not make stuff up in your mind by twisting who they are in your imagination. Love them as they are.

Things and people around may be perceived by you as the same and unchanging, which might not be the truth. Change your perception, and things and people will seem changed.

Surrender… and let go of your judgements, let go of suffering, and let go of the idea that other people and circumstances should be as you want them to be. Return to peace.

Observe your own thoughts as sometimes you are your own enemy. What is your intention? Act accordingly!

The Universe knows what I want and need, and brings it to me with ease and grace. I am aligned and attuned.
