Dear runners, on the vet’s advice, tomorrow we’ll be running one individual lap in the morning and one team lap in the evening.
We’ll start at 7.30 am with course walk in Rings 1, 2 and 3.

For the team runs in the evening, we’ll start at 6.00 pm with course walk in Ring 4.
In Ring 1, we’ll start course walk at 6.30 pm and the run at 7.00 pm. This is because the shade in Ring 1 is better at that time.
