For our 2-year wedding anniversary, I felt like marking this day by sharing a little piece of our life together🙏

I feel lucky and grateful to do life with this man. He is a man of depth…always going the extra mile to make life extraordinary, whether it’s a walk in the woods to pick herbs and berries, a home-cooked meal with some tea and a lit candle, or simply my favorite …heartfelt conversations that crack me open.

I love who he is and who I get to be with him. He makes me feel seen, safe, challenged, and deeply loved, while inspiring me to think, grow, laugh, and see life differently. I love his mind, his heart, and the meaning he brings to the little things. Anddd I love how he tries to dance just to make me happy 😂

And after a whileeee of waiting, we are finally merging our souls and bringing a little miracle to life this January… and omgggg, we are so damn excited! 😜

He is going to be the most amazing dad, passing forward his beautiful values, curiosity, depth, and big heart ❤️‍🔥 i love you Manfred Neumayr 💋

Toilet papet drill for the win 🎉 not a new invention … i did this to learn waltz and tango back in 2009😅 works great for WCS unless you starting to ski across the floor, then u drilling wrong…so cover full foot with toilet paper, works better than paper 🙌🏻

This is my favorite drill! It works on foot traction - staying on the ball of your foot without letting it turn in - while still holding your connection and posture. Engaged where you need to be, relaxed everywhere else 😅 helps improve rides and one foot spins 🙌🏻

Teacher Training at Oslo Westie 💚💜 7 hours of training last two weeks to prepare for the new semester! 🙌🏻

We started with first 4 hours in our favorite studio Sagene, followed by 3 inspiring hours with Jesse & Ariel from the USA at Sol Swing!

Really enjoying being part of helping new teachers grow and develop. So grateful for this team and community we are creating together 🎉

This was Leo and me teaching a class on changing your triples with holds and sweeps in Freiburg….what ya think of English interpretation of the Vietnamese song???

People keep asking if we’re a partnership… and we are asking ourselves the same question lol.

Wellll….Right now, I’m focused on having a baby, Leo is growing into WCS, photography and videography.

What we know for sure: we love teaching and dancing together, we push each other to grow, and we already have contracts booked both before and after baby arrives. So far it feels like a beautiful co-creation.

We’re letting it unfold naturally instead of rushing to put a label on it. Leo and I have been friends for almost two years and our friendship keeps growing.

🎉 Catch us together for the remaining of this year in Germany at Karlsruhe and Friendship Swing, and in Norway at Norwegian Open and Winter White 💙

I encourage everyone to learn both roles of this dance 💃 🕺🏻… so we never have to deal with too many of any role and no more waiting lists 😅

Dancing with after she was injured and off dancing for months, she is finally coming back 🎉
