Meet our latest Member of the Month, Mark Bailey, a shining example of consistency and routine. Mark recently stepped up his training to 5 days a week to keep building and maintaining muscle.
After a period of weight loss, Mark realised it was time to switch gears and focus on building muscle and keeping it on. With a boost in protein intake and a few smart tweaks to his approach, he's back on track, and has already put on 3kg since making the change.
Congratulations, Mark, a truly well-deserved
Member of the Month!

💪 WEEK 3: 30 DAYS TO A PULL-UP!
We’re stepping it up this week with scapula pull-ups, negative pull-ups and band-assisted reps to keep building strength and control.
Remember, rest days are just as important as training days give your muscles time to recover and come back stronger!
On Day 21, test your progress with three sets of as many band-assisted pull-ups as you can manage with good form.
Keep going you’re getting closer! 🙌

💪 WEEK 2 IS HERE!
One week down, one step closer to your first pull-up! 👏
This week we’re continuing to build strength with controlled negatives, scapula pull-ups, and dead hangs to improve your pulling power and grip strength.
Don’t skip the rest days they’re just as important as the workouts!
Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up or working towards multiple reps, consistency is what gets results. Keep showing up, trust the process, and you’ve got this! 💙
