Welcome to a transformative summer retreat in the heart of Norwegian nature — a space for inner exploration, healing, creativity, and deep rest.
Through Family Constellations, Creative Work, Yoga, Meditation, and time in nature, we create space for new insights, reconciliation, strength, and personal growth. The retreat is open to all themes and life situations, and each participant will have the opportunity for their own constellation.
Surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers, and natural pools, “Pia’s Shala” offers a peaceful and inspiring setting for reconnecting with yourself and with life.
The Retreat Includes

✨ Creative exploration & guided meditations
✨ Morning yoga & breathing practices
✨ Nature experiences, forest walks & swimming
✨ Small group setting (maximum 10 participants)
✨ Vegetarian breakfast and small snacks included during the program
A special highlight is our day in the mountains, combining meditation, creative work, and constellations immersed in nature.
