Halcyon began as a group of passionate divers who couldn't find the gear they wanted in any dive store. We quickly realized that many other divers shared our desire for innovation.

Yngve is a professional photographer both above and below the surface, and we are truly blown away by his work. Our journey together actually started on a regular workday, when we received a package — the book “Rays From The North”.

Through this book, Yngve has captured the soul of Norway in a truly unique and breathtaking way. His ability to tell stories through light, water, and movement is something special.

Despite having over 20 years of diving experience, Yngve is now taking a new step in his diving journey — moving into a standardized setup with backplate and wing for the very first time.

We’re excited to support him as he refines his diving even further, combining solid fundamentals with world-class underwater photography.

This is just the beginning — and we can’t wait to see what’s next 🤿
