Balancing like this requires more than just physical strength—it demands trust, concentration, and refined skill.
At first I wasn’t sure. But today with Guruji .chintamanigautam the impossible became possible. He held me with such a balance. This experience tought me that skilfulness, trust, and concentration are the foundations of balance. Both in yoga and in life :)
