Nearly 8 years ago, I was stuck.

I had the skills. I had the capacity. What I didn't have was a way to channel it.
The answer was somewhere inside me — I just couldn't find it. Overwhelmed doesn't even begin to describe it.

Then I sat down with a certified NLP coach and counselor. A few sessions in, something shifted. Not because they handed me answers — but because they gave me space to actually reflect. To recharge. To reset.

That clarity changed everything. And it planted a question I couldn't shake: what if I could give someone else that same feeling?

That's how Career Coach Nepal started for me — not as a part of a business idea, but as a promise. To be the accountability partner, the passionate listener, the community that helps you uncover what's already inside you.

When I used to head an HR department, one thing was clear: HR professionals are expected to manage and lead at the same time. And with that comes stress.

That’s why, one-day NLP workshop for HR professionals was designed to give them tools they can use daily: reframing challenges, anchoring resourceful states, and shifting perspectives through models like Neurological Levels and Mentor Method.

The session reminded me that when we take charge of our own state of mind, we create space to manage and support others more effectively.
