Services & Features LMHC’s provides an array of services and facilities which are particularly designed for our customers. At LMHC each and every member can enjoy a more wide-ranging project of harmony between body and mind. We have a well equipped Gymnasium, Weight Room, Cardio Section and an Aerobic Hall design to suit all abilities and levels of fitness with state of art machinery and qualified trainers. Our trainers will help you develop personal exercise programs, monitor and evaluate your fitness and provide the necessary guidance. We have a swimming pool for competitive training and recreation or to just clean and energize yourself. A sauna and steam bath to let your hair down, and slip into deep relaxation. Besides our well equipped state of the art machinery and a dedicated team of instructors to guide you into your fitness and well-being, we also conduct Ballet dance classes in partnership with Kathmandu Children’s Ballet. And we are soon commencing Salsa and freestyle Bollywood dance classes for both children and adults.
