Osu, as Shihan 🥋, I am officially welcoming everyone and declaring BEAST Training Centre open and ready for our updated timetable to commence for 2025.

I have received a lot of requests to join BEAST so I look forward to meeting our new members but positions are limited so please make sure you see us sooner rather than later if you want to train.

We have a very busy year, especially for our fight team. Another new class we are looking forward to running is the female Cardio Boxing and Kickboxing class at 09:30 on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Just like our old BodyKombat class and we are aiming this to be a simple $5 class to help get as many women fit and healthy and stay that way, in a challenging but super fun environment.
