Free food! Today, we walked our housemate's dog around the park and we found an abundance of these mushrooms. We know they're edible because the last time we were in that spot there was an older gentleman foraging there and he told us a little bit about them. They're called coprun chevelu in french. Just goes to show how much abundance there is if we just remember our connection to nature. πππ

Late upload. We began distributing this free zine in Ariege to market our offerings in France. It's mostly in English because my French is not good enough to hold space in... I'm learning. π
Check it out here:

This first zine was inspired by Ram Dass' book Be Here Now.
Since I'm currently in Toronto, I'll be leaving free copies in various random spots. π

Don't w**d your garden -- learn about wild edibles and HARVEST.
ChΓ©nopode blanc. Lambsquarters in English.
Has a cooling and calming/sedative effect, which is intersting since it exploded in the garden now that it's getting hot. It's also a cure for stinging nettle and will often grow near stinging nettle -- Nature always provides her own cures that way.

Woooow, it's been way too long since our last update. What have you been up to?
During confinement in France, we were living on a pesticide-free farm, planting potatoes and other veg, and also eating wild edibles from around the land.
Now that confinement has been eased, we're temporary living in a house on this beautiful hill with views of the Pyrenees and the Medeival city of Mirepoix not too far away.
Looking forward to holding space for innerdance, yoga, sound journeys, and other workshops too!!
Merci & bonne santΓ©! ππ±π±π±π

How is everyone? π
Since our last post, we've been managing with the lockdown in France which went into effect a few days after we arrived.
Yesterday we celebrated Beny's birthday with a home made plant-based feast. π± sourdough bread burger buns, veggie burger patties from scratch, sesame faux cheese, french fries from real potatoes, and dark chocolate chip cookies with fresh turmeric.
His nephews even managed to draw gifts for him since we've been in lockdown for a bit more than 2 weeks and shopping and deliveries are only for essentials. π
Bon Anniv, Beny!! πππ

We passed through Paris for a few hours the other day and since it's one of the European cities hit by COVID-19, we want to remind everyone that fear and panic are not the ways to react. Inform yourself through reliable sources and stay healthy.

These Kathmandu Ninjas are saying goodbye to Asia in a few hours. Thankfully, Nepal wasn't always too cold so instead of only staying here a few days, we stayed about 3 weeks. πππ
Namaste to everyone we encountered on this journey.
