Being as technical as possible in sparring will get you ready for your fights . An important thing is to stay as calm as possible , remember your fundamentals and just believe in yourself, your speed & technique . You cannot just practice on pads and heavy bags , you have to get in there and start sparring if you really want to improve . Above, I’ve displayed basic sparring where we don’t loose our temper, we stay calm, we use technique and start with a normal rhythm/tempo . You don’t have to rush in sparring and remember this is where you practice for the real test . I will be posting different varieties of sparring .
