Location: Chabahil, Mitrapark, Kathmandu
1. Event Operations Manager (2)
• Plan and execute end-to-end event operations
• Explore and support business development opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, growth initiatives)
• Coordinate with all departments (Tech, Marketing, Logistics, Broadcasting)
• Manage timelines, schedules, and on-ground ex*****on
• Ensure smooth match flow, player & audience handling
• Handle real-time issues and crisis management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Management or related field
• 2+ years experience in event management (sports preferred)
• Strong leadership & coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication & decision-making
2. Marketing & Sponsorship Manager (4)
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships
• Manage brand positioning and promotions
• Coordinate with media & PR
• Deliver sponsor commitments and KPIs
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related
• Experience in sponsorships or partnerships
• Strong networking & negotiation skills
• Creative campaign planning ability
3. Social Media & Content Manager (4)
• Manage NLL social media platforms
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, highlights, memes)
• Plan content calendar & campaigns
• Track engagement and trends
• Coordinate with design & video team
Job Requirements:
• Experience in social media management
• Strong storytelling & content skills
• Understanding of Nepal’s digital trends
• Basic design/video editing (preferred)
4. Graphic Designer & Creative Lead (2)
• Design posters, banners & social media creatives
• Maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketing team
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong portfolio & creative mindset
• Good understanding of branding
5. Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist (2)
• Edit highlights, promos & recap videos
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Work with marketing team for campaigns
• Add motion graphics, sound & subtitles
• Ensure fast turnaround & consistent style
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
• Experience in sports/esports editing (preferred)
• Strong storytelling & timing sense
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Basic motion graphics knowledge
