First show for my new boy Haupouri Icandy and I, it’s so nice to be back on a horse that i own! 💙

A long, hot day but I couldn’t be prouder of him! We just potted around at some lower heights (much to his Disgust) for fun due to it being the last show of the season and came away with a 5th!

I bought this big boy sight unseen about two months ago and he’s been nothing but an absolute joy to have around. I love him to pieces already.

JGE is officially back in Christchurch and offering limited, quality services focused on horse welfare, consistency, and reliability.

About Me:
I’m Josie Greer, with over 15 years of equine experience. My background includes international training in Germany with Steffen Hauter, international showjumper and 5× Nations Cup rider 🇩🇪, as well as international competition experience in Mexico, including 4th overall at the CSI 2* Puebla International 🇲🇽.

I am currently Head Rider for Lucy Olphert Showjumping at Chatto Creek Performance Horses, and previously spent 3 years working alongside vets and vet nurses at Canterbury Equine Clinic, giving me a strong foundation in horse health and long-term performance.

My focus is on producing happy, confident, and correctly educated horses, with programs tailored to each individual horse and their goals.

Looking for a Genuine, Confidence-Boosting Showjumper

I am currently searching for a nice quality show jumper for a capable rider who is ready to step up under professional guidance.

Requirements:
• Age: 7–12 years
• Height: 16.1hh +
• Discipline: Showjumping
• Type: Happy to consider something a little quirky, but must be genuine — no nappiness, no stopping issues, and sound
• Current Level: Ideally confidently jumping 1.15m+, though a slightly greener horse with clear potential will be considered

The horse will be kept in a top-quality environment and very well looked after. The rider is currently successfully jumping a warmblood owned by another client and is now ready to apply those learnings to their own horse.

The rider does not have a large budget, so realistically priced horses only, please.

I will be in Christchurch from 20–27th December 2025 and available to view horses during this time.
