This week’s Rise & Run Pop-Up is taking over the Kowai Lagoon Reserve! 🏃♀️🕸️
📍 Where: Kowai Lagoon Reserve — enter via Elizabeth Square, Leithfield Beach (clearly signed!)
👟 What: Walk, run, jog, move — same good vibes, just spookier! Bikes, prams & all runners welcome.
🚗 Parking: Plenty of space for your spooky crew 🧛♀️
🌊 Route: Follow the track down towards Kowai Track — 20 mins out + 20 mins back!
🍭 Finish line fun: Lolly scramble, sweet treats, and some cheeky prizes for best dressed!
