A.W.M Equine is run by myself, Ann Moriarty. I am a qualified personal trainer with a focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and rider performance. After experiencing numerous injuries myself, I struggled to find support that truly understood both rehabilitation and the physical demands of horse riding. That led me to further my knowledge so I could better support riders facing the same challenges.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness and strength for riding, manage an injury that keeps bothering you, or prevent future injuries, I’d love to help.

Wanting to give showing a go or learn more about the competition environment?

A.W.M Equine is offering a fun and supportive show experience for riders wanting to compete or simply learn what show days are all about. Suitable for beginners through to more experienced riders wanting extra ring experience and confidence.

This experience will include:

✨ Learning how to get ponies ready for show day
🐴 Understanding show etiquette and ring expectations
🎀 Support from me throughout the experience
🏆 A chance to experience the competition environment in a fun, low-pressure setting
💛 Most importantly – getting out and having fun with the ponies!

Suitable for riders wanting to complete in-hand and/or ridden classes.

It is with a very heavy heart that we share the passing of Sky with the A.W.M Equine community.

Sadly, earlier today we lost Sky following a bout of colic.

Many of you will know just how much Sky meant to me . She played an incredibly important role in my journey as a rider and in the beginnings of A.W.M Equine’s lesson programme. Sky could turn her hoof to anything—whether it was jumping a fast round or patiently guiding a nervous rider through their very first ride, she always gave her all. I feel truly grateful to have had her beside me, supporting me both as a rider and as a coach.

In light of her loss, A.W.M Equine will be taking a few days to regroup before resuming services. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
