Oka, BBQ chicken, mainese… they’re innocent too 😅

What got us?
👉 Second plates
👉 Third scoops
👉 “Just a little more uce”
👉 “Have more Sis we can Start again Monday”

Our ancestors didn’t get big eating these foods —
they were working, moving, lifting, farming, fishing every day 💪

Now we sit… then blame the food 🤦‍♂️
