This isn’t random classes or getting flogged for 6 weeks. It’s structured, coached, and progressive.
Each week includes:
• 1 × Upper body strength
• 1 × Lower body strength
• 1 × Full-body conditioning
Here are the current challenge session options:
6 Week Challenge Sessions
Monday – 9:00am or 5:30pm
Wednesday – 9:00am or 5:30pm
Thursday – 5:30pm
Saturday – 9:30am
You’ll be completing 3 structured sessions per week, and in addition to that, you’ll also have access to our regular 6am classes:
Regular Classes
Monday – 6:00am Strength Conditioning
Tuesday – 6:00am HIIT Cardio
Wednesday – 6:00am Functional Fitness
Friday – 6:00am Functional Fitness
Final class times will be confirmed closer to the start date based on numbers and preferred time slots.

We’re pleased to welcome Dana Huisman to the Keep Fit Matakana team. 🎉🤩
Dana has completed her Level 4 Certificate in Personal Training and is currently working toward her Level 5 qualification and diploma. She brings a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable in the gym, build confidence and make steady progress. She already coaches locally in Warkworth and takes our Monday morning class, so many of you may have seen her around.
Dana adds a positive, supportive presence to the gym and is a strong fit for the community we are building here at Keep Fit.
