Yesterday, we celebrated the wedding of Molly and Peter 💚
Molly is my friend and also my client 🥹
We have been working together for the past 4 months to help her feel amazing on this big day, and she just looked incredibly beautiful! She really is STUNNING 🥵
I cannot wait to share her transformation with you all 🥰
This is how I stay on track at an event like this:
✅ I had my meals as usual before the wedding (I had 3 meals before this)
✅ I stick with water and Coke Zero as my go-to drinks
✅ Because I am already pretty full from my meals in the morning, I am not hungry until a bit later. Therefore, I don’t need to snack and feel that I need to eat all the appetizers.
✅ For the main meal, we had 3 courses, and portions were pretty decent, so I just ate until I was satisfied, not full.
✅ I was already pretty full by the second course, so I skipped the dessert.
Main takeaways from here:
👉🏽 Listen to your body and eat until you are satisfied, not full.
👉🏽 Stay hydrated.
👉🏽 Don’t feel forced to eat everything just because it’s there.

🚨PAULA’S GAINED CONTROL BACK OF HER FITNESS IN 12 WEEKS 🚨
Have you ever felt like you’ve tried every single diet out there, hoping to see some changes, but nothing seemed to work?
You keep trying and trying, but you got to the point where you are losing hope?

CURRENT PHYSIQUE UPDATE
1-year difference in between pics. (Loving the morning face 🤣🤣)
👉🏽 Calories: Not sure, I trust my coach.
👉🏽 Training: 5x a week (3 upper body + 2 lower body sessions)
👉🏽 Cardio: 5x a week, 30 mins (low intensity)
We are gaining more size in the lower body, and the upper body is looking slightly smaller, which is the goal.
I check in with my coach every week so he can keep me accountable.
People always ask me, “Why do you have a coach if you are a coach? Isn’t that a waste of money?”
No, it’s not. My health is never a waste of money; it’s an investment.
Just because I am a coach doesn’t mean I am perfect; I am a human too 🤣...
I don’t always feel motivated to train.
I don’t always feel like sticking to my meal plan.
I don’t always feel like pushing myself to work harder.
Sometimes I just don’t want to do anything at all, but I remind myself that no one can do the work for me, and I don’t want to send pictures to my coach that will make me feel embarrassed or disappointed.
Not every week is perfect, but trying makes me feel better than not trying at all.
A coach is always an investment and makes you think about the choices that you are making.
Why do you think even top athletes who have been playing sports for years still have coaches?
Because even they need that accountability, even they need that support.
They are elite athletes, but they are humans too.

HE’S THE BEST 💚
Yesterday, we celebrated my dad’s birthday with some delicious Turkish food.
My sister and I wanted to embarrass him by singing ‘Happy Birthday’ out loud at the restaurant, but this man just never gets embarrassed 🤣
The waitress even played a birthday song just for him, and you know what he did??
He sang louder than us, and he was clapping non-stop... 🤣🤣🤣
I don’t think this man has ever felt embarrassed or cared about what people say or think about him, and that’s something that I love and admire about him so much.
He always tells me, ‘Why should you worry about what others say or think? They can think whatever they want to think.’
And he’s so damn right!!!
If we keep caring too much or overthinking things just because we are afraid of what others will say, we will simply never get anything done.
He barely speaks English, but he always manages to communicate with others simply by using sign language or somehow explaining what he wants 🤣
Even after his stroke, his speech was a little bit impaired, but this didn’t and doesn’t stop him.
Day after day, he shows me that we only live once, and we need to live our life the way we want it to live, not the way others want it for us.
So if right now you are someone who cares too much about others, maybe try not to care too much next time and see how things and life change for you ;)
If you don’t try, you will never know, right?

❌ STOP MAKING EXCUSES ❌
“If you want excuses, you will find them.”
This is something Josef mentioned in our interview yesterday, and it’s something I agree with 100%.
Whatever you look for and whatever you want in this life, you will find.
If you truly want to make something happen, you will make it happen, no matter what.
And if you don’t want it bad enough, you will simply find plenty of excuses to make yourself feel good.
Because excuses are much easier than taking action, right?
Excuses take no effort at all.
Do you really want that for yourself?
Do you really want to keep making excuses and one day regret the decisions that you made today?
It’s never too late to make anything happen, NEVER.
So stop with the excuses right now and start taking action to help you reach that goal you want.
If you want to run, simply put one foot in front of the other. You don’t need fancy shoes or workout clothes; you just need to get it done.
