Sissy, we got you! 🤗 Our KICKSTART programme is the BEST way to begin your fitness journey. Come and learn from experienced coaches, be surrounded by like minded women, and be part of a community who are encouraging and welcoming.
What’s included?
✅ 8 weeks of unlimited training sessions at Onehunga, Auckland
✅ Weekly tech session for Kickstart members only (we’ll break down exercises even further and you’ll get that extra hands on support, similar to a PT)
✅ Initial group workshop
✅ Start and End fitness testing
✅ Food guidelines to help you start your healthy eating journey (no meal plans or tracking involved)
✅ Ongoing support and a welcoming environment

After months of feeling stuck and not seeing progress on the scale, Kerry committed to really focusing on the basics & stayed super consistent with those. No extremes needed - just simple, sustainable habits that fit into her lifestyle. This was mostly just steps & better food choices alongside her training 🤌🏽
This journey was more than weight loss, it was also more confidence, continuing to move through the hard, & creating change that will last for her and her whānau ❤️

Introducing Coach Stace - our Gymnastics BOSS babe, RX Super māmā and favourite Coach with all the best cues. Stace comes from a Body building and CrossFit background so she has the prettiest lifts and rig work, plus all the muscles to go with it 💪🏽💪🏽 Stace is one of our more quiet Coaches 👀😂😂, but don’t be fooled as her WOD classes will leave your cardiovascular system humbled and her Gymnastic class will have your abs sore for days 😮💨🥴 An invaluable fountain of wisdom, let’s have a round of applause for Ana Bela’s māmā x

8 weeks of choosing herself again 🤍
Transitioning into a busy season of life (returning to full time work after being in maternity leave) Amas goal wasn’t to be perfect… it was to feel in control, rebuild her confidence, and create habits she could actually stick to.
Balancing motherhood, work, and everything in between - she showed up, stayed consistent, and trusted the process.
