The NZ Power Blacks is a team of sportspeople who are in electric power wheelchairs. We play wheelchair hockey, balloon soccer and rugby.
In the past the team has taken part in the NEWS tournament (National Electric Wheelchair Sports) in Australia

RIP Michael Baptiste.
You were a great National Director for NEWS to keep it going for all of us, and a great friend to us all too. The Power Blacks will miss you and our thoughts go to Percy and Elleen and family.
