My journey to health and wellness has been a long one. I started with yoga, group exercise classes, but the biggest transformation I noticed in all these years was through Strength Training. What made me chose Strength Training?
Face offs with reality are seldom pleasant, someone made me realize, how weak I am, how easily I can be pushed around. There was no fight left in me. It’s not been an easy walk, but my resilience, anger, motivation and a relentless desire to be never weak again, pushed me to where I am today. Now I am an independent, confident, strong person who would give back with all guns blazing, if required.
Various articles, vlogs, Instagram posts about woman needs to lift heavy & mine is no different. However I am a living proof, how strength training changes you, your body functioning, your mind muscle connection, your mindset & above all your attitude.
