Good Session today with Dylan!

Dylan has an awesome move for someone that isn't even a member of any golf club & is relatively new to golf.

We worked on creating a consistent strike as he struggled quite a bit with heavy shots. We did this by:

- Having more extension through & after impact (eliminating the 'Chicken Wing')
- Getting the club in a good position in the takeaway

Next session will be looking at swallowing the shaft in the downswing!

Today we worked on groundwork, I'm a huge believer in using what's under your feet in order to make not only a good swing but a powerful one.

I wanted him to feel like he was squatting more transitioning into the downswing by extending the knees outwards then shifting the weight followed by posting the left leg at impact.

Still a few more drills to come to ensure feel becomes real!

Productive session today with Percy! Good introduction with a few things to work on in the future.

He Struggled with pull hooks especially with driver. We Looked at 3 key points to eliminate that left side of the course.

- Having a neutral club face during the takeaway
- Making sure the club wasn't too far inside (as pictured)
- Aligning the shoulders more towards our target

The first Black & White Tee challenge of the year began last Friday and the feedback we have had so far has been awesome! The next date to look out for is the 3rd June where we will be stepping it up a notch and including some new additions. The prize table was looking very healthy with over $1500 worth of prizes up for grabs. Get yourself & some mates in early before slots run out!

Some awesome improvements Michael made as he was struggling with pulling the ball as well as leaks right.

We Looked at having the shaft of the club parallel to the feet during takeaway combined with a few other small tweaks to club face.

This lead to a much more conventional on plane swing resulting in the flight of the ball a lot more neutral. 👏 🤌
