It’s 2025 and we are continuing to offer very limited classes, on Thursdays and Saturdays to our lovely clients in the Ellerslie / Mt Wellington area!
This comes even though we moved our own studio base to the Hibiscus Coast recently ☺️✨

We are hiring 2 lovely spaces on Thursdays and Saturdays - for Pilates classes / privates sessions and (Saturday afternoons only) for ballet & stretch classes / privates sessions! 🙏🙏

Appointments for small groups and 1:1 sessions are available at our Pilates studio based in Silverdale most other days of the week 🥰

We’re changing things up this year and will be teaching in Silverdale a lot more. Check out the revamped Silverdale studio space, available by appointment only from January 21st, 2025 ✨🥰

New Class Alert!!

Starting this month of June we are running our first Pilates class for children/teens only!

✨Pilates Cross-Trainer for Young Dancers✨

🔸5pm Tuesdays at Ellerslie.
🔸Aged 10-16 year old dancers only.
🔸Limited to 6 clients per class.
🔸Pricing varies: From $50/class as a drop-in to $40/class with a 10x class package (get a free pair of grip socks with a package purchase throughout June, see promo in previous post). ☺️

🩰 This is a Pilates studio class focusing on the dancer’s needs, utilizing the Mat, Reformer and our Pilates apparatuses.

🤸 Pilates, when practiced regularly and carefully with an experienced Pilates instructor, helps the body gain strength, flexibility, stability, balance and aids towards injury prevention. This is particularly important for the demands of a young dancer… Something I wish was accessible to me back when I was a young vocational dance student! I only discovered the benefits of Pilates studio training after moving to NYC and while dancing in a company. Better late then never 🥰

🤍 The young dancer will strengthen and improve their range of motion while becoming more aware of posture, to preserve their body so to prolong their dance aspirations.
