I see this all the time, I catch myself doing it sometimes too. We put so much energy into what’s not good enough, what other are doing that in our judgment isn’t great. Imagine how inspirational it could be if we use that same time wasted and intention to share what’s good about ourselves? The reality is that everyone has the choice of doing themselves or minding other people’s businesses, choose wisely.

at the always enlightening me with a lot of knowledge and experience.
There is no way we can improve without being aware of ourselves. Look at it, embrace the ugly and beautiful side of growth. Whatever it is…your selfishness, your compassion, your lack of patience, your resentment, your resilience, fears, courage, whatever makes you who you are right now. Be with it and learn from it.

Be precise, specific, focused and strategic with your goals. Trying to do too much at the same time might not be the best approach if you want to do/give your best. Think about it!
Hands up if you if you also struggle with getting deep into your goals 🙌🏾

Breakfast and dinner over the weekend.
Protein pancake made with oat milk, fried banana, a few grapes, 1/2 a chocolate protein bar on top and white chocolate protein sauce. An overload of protein…yes I exaggerated but it was good!
Also, not satisfied with indulgence for breakfast, I really wanted to get a burger for dinner. However, when I saw the price to order one online I was a bit shocked. So I decided to cook one myself.
No laziness…I made some chipotle fake chicken, guacamole, fried egg (of course) salad and roasted potatoes with spicy mayo.
Hands up who loves egg burgers? 🙌🏾 can’t have a burger without egg!
Good! I love food, love eating!

Commit to yourself and show up every day. It doesn’t mean being number 1 or lifting the heaviest every single day, but choosing to do your best at the present moment. Sometimes it might be better to slow down, it might be better to go for a walk at the beach instead of smashing yourself , it might be better to try again and try harder. Stay committed to yourself, nobody will do it for you. Delivering less than your best is sacrificing your gift. 🖤
