Lights down. Paint on. The first Glow Yoga is in the books!

We started in the light, painting each other's faces. Strangers, mostly, handing each other a brush. Then the blacklights came up and we flowed. Then we lay down in the dark and let the whole thing settle.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted the process!

Next one is Wednesday the 19th - the first one sold out quick, and we already have booked about half of our spots for next week - if you have been thinking about it, this is your nudge.

Exciting things are coming soon. We are stoked to be stepping back onto the mat to teach yoga again - but with a unique, mythical twist you won't find anywhere else.

Adornment has always been part of the human story. Across every culture, we've marked moments of meaning by decorating ourselves - a small act of ritual, of preparation, of stepping into something special. We're bringing that spirit to the mat, and turning the lights down so it can truly shine. 🌙
