Big Black Motorsport

We are a small team made up of family and friends from Auckland and Taupo. We compete in Off Road Racing and Rally in both NZ and Australia.

The truck is a Supercharged V8 Nissan Titan. Big Black was built by Mike Connor who is a very good friend of ours and took Mike approximately 8 months to build the truck from start to finish. Tuned by Brent Reedy who at the time worked at Tuning and Performance in Hamilton. Prior to this truck we raced a big old Nissan Patrol which also did really well in the races but ended up having not enough power for Raana, hence the reason to build Big Black II.
