What's your plans for V'day? Whether it's hanging with your friends or with your crazy other half, a homemade dinner & pizza in fact is always a good idea!

This is one of my favourites... Cauliflower base - if you haven't tried it give it a go (you'll be surprised), topping is salmon & feta with a sprinkle of spinach & sliced mushrooms. Yum yum for your tum :)

Ahhh it's so good to be back!

Keeping hydrated is so important for good health & wellbeing. When we are dehydrated we find ourselves reaching for food, lethargic, heavy & you may find yourself struggling to concentrate... Here's one way I find it easy to have those 8 glasses of water a day... Thanks Red Seal!

So you may or may not have noticed that an apology is in order with not being able to post anything for a while... Preparing food/ eating food has not been something I've been able to do over the past few months as it turns out morning sickness is a strange thing... However yes that means we are super excited to be expecting our first little poppet!

So I'm back on the grid & starting to eat normal meals again, which means I'll be able to get my creative flow going again with healthy recipes & blogs!

Sorry it's late but happy 2015, remember to be kind to one another & that a healthy you starts with how we choose to fuel our bodies.

Today it's time to welcome the weekend with open arms as it's truly the silly season now & sitting down with family or friends on the weekend to enjoy a nice brunch sounds like bliss. So this morning we whipped up these Buckwheat Crépes with Poached Apple! They're a healthier alternative, being made with buckwheat, & the apple is poached in cinnamon, which to me smells a whole lot like xmas!
