Join us in the heated pool at Deloraine primary school, every Friday at 12pm for an hour of guided movement in the water.

With rain and wet ground lurking, it's time we move our Fit Friday sessions over to the Westbury Recreation Ground (aka the cricket/footy ground), see you there!

I believe the LGH are releasing me today, allowing me to go home. They can't explain what happened to me. But I feel fine.

FRIDAY 12pm. AQUA/HYDROTHERAPY.✅ Deloraine school pool. The pool will be open (Friday 12pm) but I will see how I am travelling, I may just be supervising.

No training this week, I am cooped up unexpectedly in the LGH.
