Friendship of competition

Should we hate or appreciate others during this critical time of judgement between 2 individuals.

Long time ago when i was competiting whil3 not using steroids made me feel superior and inferior at the same time due to the mind playing games with me especially while surviving on very low percentage body fat. Estimated 7%

Skin was tight muscle bellys were full and everything that didnt cramp... cramped in time haha it was an experience to remember with everyone fully shredded and lean in the backstage tanned and ready to rock and roll their routines in front stage.

Nerve wrecking as it was i never let anyone deter me from my goal of presenting my body and posture as best as i could have at the time.

I entered the stage alone and walked home with friends i still call friends til this very day.

Competition didnt only tear friends apart but created bonds stronger than no other that this existence can have.
