One of the best compound exercise for Leg workout - Barbell Squat. 🔥✌️
4 Sets - 8/12 Reps
Here are the steps:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and position the barbell on your upper back, just below your neck. Grip the bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Engage your core and inhale as you squat down by bending at the knees and hips, keeping your chest up and your back straight.
Keep your weight on your heels and your knees in line with your toes as you descend, until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
Exhale and push through your heels to stand back up, straightening your legs and hips.
Repeat for your desired number of reps.
It's important to use proper form when performing barbell squats to avoid injury. Make sure to keep your chest up, your back straight, and your weight on your heels. Avoid letting your knees cave inward or go past your toes, and always start with a lighter weight until you feel comfortable with the movement.
