Sarah's Equine Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a gentle and effective treatment that works on the soft tissues and key systems of the body (circulatory, respiratory, nervous and lymphatic).

The whole body is treated with rolling movements over specific points in the body to promote hydration and healing. I work full time from Silverdale, keep my horses in South Head and live in Auckland City. I would love to help Riders and their Horses anywhere in-between!
