Its with an extremely heavy heart that our club shares the news of the passing of one of our great men of our club John 'Higgy' Quayle.
Higgy's Funeral will held at Manurewa Rugby Football Club on Monday 11th May at 1pm, we invite all those that wish to celebrate and remember the life of this great man to attend.
We asked one of our many club many that is never too short for words to write something about our Higgy, thank you Andrew 'Tali' Talaimanu for sharing these.

MATCH FIXTURES | Saturday 9th November

It’s a big weekend for the club with four of our teams in action at Mountfort Park, while our Under 21s head just down the road to take on Ardmore Marist.

Get down and support the teams as we look to put in strong performances across all grades. The atmosphere is always better with the sideline support behind us!

Join us this Saturday as we celebrate and honour all the incredible women who are part of our rugby club and community. From players, coaches, and volunteers to supporters, mums, sisters, girlfriends, wives, partners, and friends — this day is for you!

MATCH FIXTURES | Saturday 2nd May

Our Premier Men and Premier Development sides head to Bruce Pulman this weekend to take on Ardmore in what promises to be two tough battles you won’t want to miss.

The Premier Women travel to Papatoetoe, hunting for an important win as they look to climb the table.

Division 3 (Senior B’s) are also on the road, making the trip out to Te Kohanga, while our Under 21s are the only senior side at home as they take on Karaka.

It’s also the start of Junior Rugby this Saturday, which means rugby around the union and especially at Rewa will be buzzing!

We’ve got 10 junior teams at home, with kick-offs at either 9:00am or 10:30am.

MATCH FIXTURES | Saturday 25th April

As we observe ANZAC Day, we pay tribute to the men and women who served our country and honour their sacrifice, courage, and service. A special day for Aotearoa as we reflect on the values of mateship, resilience, and commitment that continue to guide us today.

With three of our five teams in action this weekend, our Premier Development side kick off at 1:00pm, followed by our Premier Men at 2:45pm, both away at Massey Park vs Papakura. Back home, our Division 3 (Senior B’s) also kick off at 2:45pm on Number One against Te Kauwhata.

We play with pride and respect for those who came before us ❤️

🔥 MATCH FIXTURES | Saturday 18th April 🔥

It’s a BIG weekend at the club with plenty of action happening both home and away!

Our Ladies kick things off with their first home game of the season against Ponsonby Fillies at 1pm on the main field (live streamed on Counties Manukau Rugby Facebook), while at the same time our Premier Development side take on Patumahoe over on Field 5 and out U21s are chasing their first win as they face Pukekohe.
Our Premier Men will be going all out against Patumahoe Premiers on the main field at 2:45pm, with their game also live streamed. Meanwhile, our Senior Bs head deep south to take on Maramarua in their Round 3 clash.

We now need the right person to step up and lead this team.

Do you have a passion for rugby, enjoy working with young players and want to help shape the next generation of Rewa Rugby? This is a great opportunity to coach and make a real difference.

MATCH FIXTURES | Thursday 2 April - Kick off times updated!

Round 2 is here and we are back at home for the first time this season! Even better, we are under lights on Thursday night to kick off the long weekend in style.

Our Premier Men face off in the Battle of the Roundabout as we take on our close neighbours Weymouth. It has been a long time between meetings, so expect plenty of passion, pride and local bragging rights on the line.

Our Premier Development side take on Waiuku in what promises to be another tough contest. After a strong start to the season, the boys will be looking to keep building momentum and put in a big performance in front of the home crowd.

📍 Games will be played on Field 6
🚗 You can park in the main carpark and walk across the main field, or drive around to the top carpark.

Get down to the club, support our men and enjoy a great night of footy under lights. The bar will be open after the games, so stick around in the clubrooms and help us roll into the long weekend the right way.
