Goal setting is key to making real progress. Taking a moment to set your intentions, make a plan, and check in with it along the way will significantly increase the likelihood of you actually ticking off those achievements you’ve been dreaming of 💭😍

Phase 9 is designed as a performance block, focusing on developing anaerobic strength and maximising output. Here’s what you can expect:

🔹 Goal: Improve overall athletic performance and strength. 
🔹 Focus: Push-based movements to build upper body overhead press strength and lower body dynamic lunge proficiency.
