Like many people during the last two years of Covid19 I have been doing more baking at home. It’s very therapeutic and your house is filled with tantalising smells.
But how do you stay eating healthy if there’s an easy supply of baked carb rich goodness in your pantry
I bought a “no sugar” cookbook from Kmart for $5.00, check out this chocolate/orange cake served with low sugar coconut yoghurt I made.

You have 8 weeks till Christmas, time to make a commitment to yourself and get a bit fitter, healthier and happier?
I run a bootcamp every Saturday morning at Parrs park. I ensure it complies with all Covid19 rules, 4m between anyone from different bubbles, 10 person limit per class, all equipment is cleaned before and after you touch it, and you can scan in with a QR code.
I am a certified PT & kettlebell instructor, and I’m mostly passionate about helping people shift huge amounts of fat from their bodies.
Cost is $5.00 per session with 100% of the money paying for the monthly community meal put on by C3 church
