Tuesday brings Hyper Lower Body to continue those squat gains ๐ช๐ผ
Wednesday Summits on the menu, with long steady work periods โฐ๏ธ
Thursday is Strength Upper Body, heavy lifts, low rep, high intensity ๐ฎโ๐จ
Friday finisher is Balanced, weaving in that core work & isolation exercises to strengthen our main lifts ๐งโโ๏ธ
Saturday we have Power โก๏ธ fast sharp movements that make you feel like an athlete.

Week 4 here we go!!!
Starting strong with Crewfit, boy what a treat ๐ team work, endurance, whatโs not to love.
Tuesday we have strength upper body, where we start bringing in our targets for bench press. Be sure to bring your phone in to make calculations to ensure our progressions stay on track ๐ช๐ผ
Wednesday is Cardio U with our MAS targets weaved in. Short sets, working through active recovery & high intensity ๐ค๐ผ
Thursday we have Hyper LB with some Squat targets ๐๐ผ working through endurance & unilateral work to strengthen our main lifts ๐๐ป
Friday we have balanced ๐งโโ๏ธstrengthening in a large ROM, slow controlled movement & a sprinkle of core ๐๐ผ
Ending the week with cardio HIIT ๐ฅ short sharp efforts, keeping intensity high, what an end to the week !!!
