Monday starts fast & hard with the crowd favourite HIIT ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿผ

Tuesday brings Hyper Lower Body to continue those squat gains ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Wednesday Summits on the menu, with long steady work periods โ›ฐ๏ธ

Thursday is Strength Upper Body, heavy lifts, low rep, high intensity ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Friday finisher is Balanced, weaving in that core work & isolation exercises to strengthen our main lifts ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

Saturday we have Power โšก๏ธ fast sharp movements that make you feel like an athlete.

The week finishes with Strength LB with progressions for our Back squat & Sumo deadlift ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

Week 4 here we go!!!

Starting strong with Crewfit, boy what a treat ๐Ÿ˜ team work, endurance, whatโ€™s not to love.

Tuesday we have strength upper body, where we start bringing in our targets for bench press. Be sure to bring your phone in to make calculations to ensure our progressions stay on track ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Wednesday is Cardio U with our MAS targets weaved in. Short sets, working through active recovery & high intensity ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿผ

Thursday we have Hyper LB with some Squat targets ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ working through endurance & unilateral work to strengthen our main lifts ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

Friday we have balanced ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธstrengthening in a large ROM, slow controlled movement & a sprinkle of core ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Ending the week with cardio HIIT ๐Ÿ’ฅ short sharp efforts, keeping intensity high, what an end to the week !!!
