What a weekend at NAPA Auto Parts Dragway, Meremere.

Two TSR cars, big numbers, and a whole lot of history made.

The Gulf Western Corvette reset the benchmark again with a brutal 5.804 @ 248.17mph, taking the event win and locking in Top Doorslammer honours.

The P & I Pascoe Statesman was flying too, throwing down PBs all through qualifying before race day dealt us a bit of reality with engine issues. That’s drag racing. Fast one minute, rebuilding the next.
