SIVA SAMOA AND MOVEMENT FOR TINY TAUPOU'S are classes designed for girls to enjoy and learn Samoan culture through movement and Siva (dance).
The classes are run by Cilla Brown, former Miss Samoa and Samoan Dance Troupe member.

Finally I have time to post. :) Our Tiny Taupou's have been very busy at Siva Samoa and Movement...four in person and four Zoom/Teams rehearsals later we made it to Pasifika 2026 with our 1.5. Shout out to all our families, friends and supporters along the way. Mum for helping with lavalavas, cuz for the music, parents and caregivers for their free uber driving to rehearsals and back, helping with adornments and online rehearsal technical difficulties, backstage crew, Pasifika crew. It takes a village

So much energy, laughter, and beautiful movement in the room today. Minds and feet were ON - learning and connecting with Samoan culture through movement and dance. So proud of our Tiny Taupou's.

Last year our Taupou girls — tiny and tall — proudly performed at the Onehunga 312 event 🌺Dancing together as a class, supporting and working as one, increased confidence, and celebrated Samoan culture. Fa’afetai tele lava to all the parents, friends, and family who came to watch and support ❤️✨
