🔥 The Warrior Returns! 🔥

Blake Allinson — a name you’d be crazy to forget. Who could erase that unforgettable moment last season at Baypark, when this young gun launched around the outside of the field and drove straight into the history books with a victory for the ages?

Blake has always had raw speed, but it’s his race craft that sets him apart. He knows how to read the track, find the perfect line when others can’t, and make bold moves when it matters most. Calm under pressure, fearless on the throttle, and relentless in pursuit of the win — that’s why they call him The Warrior.

Now, with the Aotearoa F2 Midget Car Championships hitting Baypark on Saturday, February 14th, Blake is gearing up for his biggest challenge yet. With the country’s best F2 drivers ready to battle for glory, expect nothing less than full commitment, high-speed drama, and wheel-to-wheel action from one of the most exciting drivers in the class.

If history is anything to go by, Blake Allinson won’t just be racing — he’ll be hunting. And when the lights go green, he’ll be one of the names every fan, team, and rival will be watching closely.

The F2 Midgets are heading to the east coast to compete at Awapuni speedway for round 2 of the Howick Ltd away series.

This weekend sees the drivers do more laps in one meeting than the normal. The format for this weekend sees them doing warm up with hot laps, 3 All in heats, pole shuffle of top 6 cars (point based) and a 20 lap feature race

The F2 Midgets will be battling it out over three heat races, a pole shuffle and finish off with a 20 lap feature race!!

Gates open at 5pm - Racing from 6pm

We're back into it!
Had a good couple of nights at Waikaraka Speedway
Although, unfortunately, we were unable to do the feature on the first night as a bolt holding the butterfly dropped into the engine, luckily causing no damage. We were able to race the next day after retrieving the bolt.

On the second night got 1st place for heat 1 race.
About three laps into the feature, a fitting for the power steering snapped, meaning I had no power steering for the whole of the feature but still ended up 5th.

Can't thank everyone that's involved enough for both of those nights racing was greatly appreciated for the support and help. Bring on Gizzy this weekend 🏁

Great night racing at Huntly Speedway on the weekend and happy to end the season on a good note after having 3 DNFs last weekend at Baypark Speedway. Stoked to finish 3rd at Huntley and so thankful for everyone's support.
