Our Gremlins definitely chose a fight. We struggled for pace early and couldn’t quite keep up, but hang in there. After a few car tweaks, We started to find something, and after going over everything this afternoon, we’ve finally got some confidence that the car is heading in somewhat the right direction. We’ll keep building on this going into next weekend.

I was lucky enough to get paired up with Trent Way Motorsport as my buddy - big thanks for all the advice and for hanging out with me for the day!

We struggled tonight, battling a lot of issues we didn’t pickup on earlier.

We’ve already left our car in the hands of the pros, and we’re hoping they can rectify our issues.

Time to kick back and relax for a few weeks before we’re back racing at Rosebank on the 1st of March 👌

It’s Raceday at Lucas Oil Auckland Speedway for Round Four of our Future Stars Series in the The Pilot Company Mastercraft Kitchens NZ 14a Quarter Midget! Hopefully the weather-gods are in our favor 🤞. Stoked to have a fresh motor thanks to Engine Specialties and Geoff Harper, and to Josh Browne Racing for their help this week with grabbing it for us. We were confident we had fixed our motor issues heading into Huntly, But unfortunately got it wrong. We struggled with speed in our first two heats, before we bogged heavily in heat 3. Starting surging badly, and in the end decided to shutdown on me in the feature, ultimately ending our race.

We will head back to the drawing board for our next race meeting.
