Loads of fruit.
Normally potatoes.
Tons of food in general.
Oh and of course coffee.
I never thought I’d be here. I struggled to lose weight for a decade and I’d always gain it back. How I maintain a lean body year round, and I’m in better shape NOW, 6 years on… after 2 kids.
Don’t use your brain! It’s much easier to consistently implement if you put everything on auto pilot.
