If your current circle of friends isn’t inspiring you to live a healthy and fit lifestyle or is pulling you down maybe it’s time for an urgent change! People who genuinely care about you want to see you do well they don’t want to see you depressed and in the dumps! A good friend will say “let’s go for a walk or for a coffee or for a workout “ if they know you’re struggling ! Also if you have factors in your life that are contributing to your stress then you have to make changes and you’ll always lose people from your circle for making changes in your life but that’s how you find out who is genuine ! If a friend knows you’re struggling with alcohol 🍺 and asks you to go for a drink.. that is not a friendship.. a true friend will invite you to exercise knowing that it’ll help your mental health 💪💪

I Exercise around 45mins a day 6 days a week and my workouts consist of lifting heavy 3 days a week and usually 3 runs a week or a proper HIIT session! I eat mainly whole foods we SELDOM eat takeaways and I try and avoid processed and packaged stuff that isn’t really food…look at the back of the packets and you’ll realise it’s a huge long list of ingredients you probably can’t pronounce but you’ll eat it 🤢 I don’t drink alcohol anymore except for the odd occasion where I’ll have a vodka and cranberry (ONE) because I’m a light weight and that’s all I need then I’m sober 20 mins later because my liver is looked after 😂😂 I eat lots of protein and I take creatine! I eat when I’m hungry not when Im bored.. well that’s a lie I often (certain times of the month) eat my weight in chocolate lol
It’s not that complicated …. People just complicate it… you don’t need to train hours a day! You dont need to eat clean all the time you just need to find a balance! Also LEG DAY is leg day don’t try and add in full body everyday thats just stupid it’s good to have rest days for your muscle groups! You can’t train whole body everyday and think you’ll get a PB lift when you haven’t let your muscles adapt and grow by recovering… you grow when your recovering remember that!

I feel slightly awkward sometimes about posting photos of myself in activewear then in my head I’m like why….. I shouldn’t have to feel awkward I never thought post Partum I would even feel ok about wearing a crop top and shorts! Im proud of my journey and with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 I’m bloody stoked I’ve made exercise one of the non negotiable things in my life! Makes me a better mum and it’s a great stress outlet! Anyway… question would it be beneficial for you if I posted quick reels showing how to do different exercises properly and how to use the gym machines???
